Kaya Fyah was born and raised in North London, Enfield. Since the young age of 14, she has performed on stages such as Outlook festival, Love saves the day, Boomtown, Printworks and more. As well as performing alongside many legendary artists she has become a familiar face in the Congo Natty family. Mostly known for her involvement in the jungle scene though not tied down by any one genre, her sound can often be influenced by elements of rock & indie music. She has a big story to be told through her lyrics which can be heard in her first releases under her original name Toni-Kaya. The tracks are called “Jungle Woman and Don’t Let It Go” but she has taken back her stage name to truly own it this time. Ready to bring the FYAH.
I first started DJing in the early 90’s after working for a local independent record label; under Mistress Deviant. I graced the decks at legendary West London clubs such as Club UK, Subterannia, and The Milk Bar. Later in 90’s I switched to the London gay clubbing scene & graced the decks at Kitty Lips, Pumpin’ Curls, Clit Club, FIST & SKIN2 all under the DJ monica of Mistress Deviant. As I was also working for a record label – this eventually led to me hopping over the pond to the East Coast of the USA for 2 years. At this point I stepped away from the decks but continued my career in the music business for an independent record distributor. After returning to Blightly I moved from West London to Brighton in the early 2000’s & became a regular resident at the experimental techno night BEEP; & Sunday club – The Living Room; now DJing under BN1BOI. Multi genre DJ, but my preference is Trance (Classic, Uplifting, Melodic, Hard and Euphoric) i often start my shows with House (Soulful, Funky, Disco and Classic) and take you on a musical journey, which crosses over to Trance in second hour of my broadcast. I have also played out Techno, Progressive House, and Tech House. My codesouth.fm show is every Sunday 8-10pm, called Sessions That Leave Impressions……..the show that has more bounce than Tigerr on a nitrous oxide pogo stick! Started DJing in May 2021 and in my first year playing out I have been the headline artist for an All Tranced Out event in Swansea, as well making my debut for the brand CREAM, and i also got the international opportunities of two events in both San Francisco and Ibiza. As at June 2023 i have had 20 no1 mixes in the Global Hard Trance Chart, as well as 16 no2’s and 11 no3’s. In 2023 i joined forces […]

I started DJing in the late 90’s and have been playing on and off ever since, during lockdown I really got back into mixing again and started at Codesouth in December 2021. I play all forms of house music but like anything with energy and a good beat.
Shnucklz is a music lover who grew up listening to reggae (mum), his first memories are of the jungle scene, being from London, he was heavily influenced by the people he grew up with and started to like the music that ‘the older lot’ were listening to in the youth clubs. His favourite stations at the time were ‘Kool FM’ and ‘Freak FM’ and he has a massive soft spot for ‘old skool jungle’ that will never leave. For him, it was the music that started everything off. He became engrossed in the garage music at the time and started collecting records, even before he got decks! Shnucklz visited many well-known record shops with his mum, including places such as ‘Uptown Records, ‘Blackmarket Records’ and a no longer existing ‘Release the Groove’. Schnucklz is derived from the word knuckles, but simply with a ‘Shh’ in front of it and a creative change in the spelling.
