Free party style dj originally from South London. Wouldn’t really say or shall I say pidgon hole myself as a certain genre dj as I cover across the board. Mostly playing on vinyl but cover all formats. Been a codesouth dj for many years. You’d have seen me playing around Brighton sometime years ago but I’ve quietened down recently to concentrate on my family life. Had a good 7 years run of a night called soundclash at the volks in which I uses to house free party soundsystems to provide the sound for a added kick to the night
Tracer has been Djing for a few years, starting off as a bedroom DJ back in 2012 spinning good old UKF back at uni parties and now into Brighton’s local Drum & Bass scene. Music connoisseurs and drum & bass heads often refer to his DJ sets as “pretty good” or “yeah, those foghorns hit my liver”. He also gets told to f*** off quite a lot… Tracer doesn’t like to pigeonhole himself into playing just one set of music, but if you had to give it a name, it would probably be something like “pots and pans in a washing machine doing a light spin cycle”. His first memories and inspiration to DJ were sparked at Vevo UK’s Summer Six on Brighton pier back in 2012 when he saw: Sub Focus, Benga & Chiddy Bang. No splitting his time between Amsterdam and Brighton he can be found tearing up parties and then bunkering down in the Codesouth studio. […]
Brighton based drum and bass DJ and co-founder of liquified d’n’b.

In the late 90s Slikmix was gifted a pair of Citronix turntables and transformed his parents garage into a studio. Starting out with a 6 pack of house vinyl and some random jungle tracks, Slikmix practised the art of beat matching over and over again. Leading into the early 2000’s Slikmix got his debut on the airwaves alongside DJ Merge, securing a regular slot on one of the biggest radio stations in Essex, Renegade 107.4 FM. It was from this long serving residency that Slikmix managed to fine tune his sound and performance. With regular trips to London record shops, Slikmix was able to network with the likes of: Nicky Blackmarket, DJ Cameo, Dizzie Rascal and many more! By the mid 2000’s Slikmix was well established as a duo alongside Merge with residencies across Essex, London and Kent. Slikmix went on to run a music project along side some of the Pioneers in the music scene such as DJ Swanne, […]
I started DJing in the late 90’s and have been playing on and off ever since, during lockdown I really got back into mixing again and started at Codesouth in December 2021. I play all forms of house music but like anything with energy and a good beat.
Nick T has been DJ-ing since the age of 13, and started being paid to do it the day after his 15th birthday. He considers himself extremely fortunate to have been involved with music and clubs his whole adult life – from DJ-ing to handling PR & promotions for major artists, from playing small bars and restaurants to playing huge and iconic venues, from running sound and light to promoting successful events – and occasionally having a hit record on the way. As much at home playing a chilled sub 120 beach set as he is playing in a cocktail bar or banging out twisted funk at a major event, Nick’s music tastes are as widespread as his experience. He is constantly looking for new music in a wide range of styles, and is excited as much by a new Lila Downs or Music For Dreams album as he is by the latest from Hotmood, Chewy Rubs, or Louie Vega.
